President and Founder
Born and raised in New York City, Tonio has had a wide-ranging career spanning banking, the medical industry, media, education and retail. Prior to founding Carowik Inc., Tonio was the CEO of a family-held textile design firm in the Berkshires. He spent four years as director of Marketing, Language and Culture Programs at the Lauder Institute, a dual degree MBA/MA program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Tonio launched his first company in 2000, to bring German companies to the US. Notable ventures included a German-language TV channel and IOSONO Inc., a revolutionary audio technology where he was the first CEO. Prior, Tonio spent seven years in Germany working for WL Gore and Hill-Rom.
Tonio is a graduate of Bowdoin College and holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He speaks German and Portuguese and lives with his wife and three children in the beautiful Berkshires.
An Amherst native, Athan works as a designer and stylist for theatre, film and dance. In 2008 he founded AV Designs, a custom, bridal and accessories design studio (www.athanvennell.com). He has a BFA in Fashion Design from Pratt Institute.

Betsy has had a long and successful career as the manager of the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge MA and then as owner of the Gingham Rabbit, a specialty Gift Store in Great Barrington MA. Betsy’s insight and enthusiasm have been invaluable in the successful launch of the Wizzy Wrap™!

President and “Chief Errand Boy” of his own design company, Errand Boy LLC, Willy is a versatile creative director and brings with him a mix of talents from print and broadcast, interactive and new emerging media. He has developed work for clients such as Anheuser-Busch, Cingular Wireless, Universal Pictures, Sony, The Lauder Institute and the University of Pennsylvania, and musicians Slightly Stoopid and G. Love and Special Sauce. Willy has a unique ability to bring color and shape to a brand message in a very practical and straight-forward manner.

Simon Sidamon-Eristoff is Of Counsel to Kalbian Hagerty LLP and serves as General Counsel and Legal Strategist for Carowik LLC. Simon has built a specialty in the representation of nonprofit organizations, as well as representing a broad range of established and start-up companies. He oversees investments by several private companies with interests in real estate, renewable energy, telecommunications, broadcasting and transportation.
