We will do our best so that you never have to return a Wizzy Wrap! But, inevitably there will be the need to return items to us.

Return Policy Terms & Conditions for Retailers

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories.

To return or exchange a product, you MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No return will be accepted without a RA #. Please note that a RA number is only valid for 30 days after it is issued.

Carowik Creative’s offices are open from 9 AM to 5 PM, EST, Mon-Fri. We answer all inquiries as promptly as possible; please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Shipping charges

If you are returning an item that is defective or that was shipped incorrectly by us, we will pay for all shipping costs. If the return or exchange is not the result of an error by us, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

If you are returning a product for a refund, the cost of original shipping is not refundable.

Restocking fees

There is a 20% restocking fee on refunds for items purchased that are not defective. There are no restocking fees for exchanges.
